Repreve is one of the most earth-friendly fabric ingredients found anywhere, making it an essential ingredient in many sustainable products. It's not just made with 100% recycled materials. It's also made with integrity. Repreve recycled fibers are certified by an outside party for recycled content claims. So they’re traceable, transparent, and certifiably sustainable. Making anything made with them reliably eco-friendly.

No Sacrifice in Quality

Our proprietary processes and clean manufacturing systems ensure that Repreve fiber is first quality. That means, in almost every case, it can be used in place of virgin polyester or nylon without sacrificing the look, texture, and properties of virgin synthetic fibers.

Available Worldwide

Repreve is made globally, with the same quality and the same integrity. So it's readily available wherever finished products are being manufactured. And wherever it's made, Unifi follows rigorous procedures to qualify varying waste streams and ensure the proper recipe for manufacturing.

A Family of Recycled Fibers

Recycled Fibers
Unifi offers the most extensive recycled fiber options. Repreve fiber comes in filament polyester, nylon, and polyester staple fiber. Polyester fibers are available in two options: a 100% post-consumer blend—made from used water and soda bottles. And a 100% hybrid blend, made of post-industrial and post-consumer waste. Repreve nylon is made from 100% post-industrial waste. Additionally, some Repreve fibers can also be made with flame retardancy, moisture wicking, stretch, and UV protection, and as solution or package dyed.

From Apparel to Architecture

Architecture
Repreve is specified for everything from fleece jackets to hotel bedding and office seating. For consumer brands and manufacturers, Repreve helps protect your environmental reputation in the marketplace. And for designers who work in commercial settings, Repreve fibers are certified for recycled content, so they may contribute to LEED system credits.

A Reprieve For The Planet

Reprieve For The Planet
Repreve conserves resources because it offsets the need to use newly refined crude oil. Recycling materials to make Repreve helps keep materials made from this precious resource out of the waste stream.
